Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation fees apply to all reservations:

| 15 days or more before check-in | No charge |
| 14 to 8 days before check-in | 50% of the accommodation fee |
| 7 days before check-in or later | 100% of the accommodation fee |
Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable, even when a refund is issued.
Refunds
Any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
Please be aware that exchange rates used by credit card companies and payment providers may differ between the reservation date and the refund date. As a result, the refunded amount may differ from the original amount charged.
No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
キャンセル料金について
ご予約のキャンセルにつきましては、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。

※返金が発生する場合でも、決済時に発生した決済手数料は返金対象外となります。
返金について
返金が発生する場合は、ご予約時にご利用いただいた決済方法へ返金いたします。
なお、クレジットカード会社や決済サービスの為替レートは、ご予約時と返金時で異なる場合があります。そのため、実際の返金額がお支払額と一致しない場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
不泊について
事前のご連絡なくご宿泊されなかった場合（ノーショー）は、宿泊料金の100%を申し受けます。
